Description

The Redline Sidewinder Pro Stock is our second generation sidewinder chassis design for 1s 1/10th electric drag racing.

Main Chassis:

The Redline design utilizes a "twin rail" chassis design. This designs provides a ridged chassis platform and an open channel for easy electronics placement. The chassis is constructed with a combination of 2mm and 2.5mm quasi blend carbon fiber for superior strength and reduced flex. High strength aluminum chassis blocks and cross braces are the back bone of the design and tie the carbon fiber components together.

Front End:

The A-Arm style front end uses precision machined aluminum components. The front end ride height can be easily adjusted by adding or reducing spacers under the molded steering blocks. A drag link style turnbuckle set up allows easy steering alignment.

Drivetrain:

The 7075 T6 high strength aluminum rear axle is supported by bearing carriers that utilize 2 bearings per carrier. This dual bearing design provides increased rear axle support and decreased bearing load for more efficient drivetrain. The rear hubs feature a standard 4 bolt wheel pattern.

Wheelie Bar:

The 6.5" wheelie bar is constructed from 2mm carbon fiber and precision aluminum components. The molded wheelie bar wheel is bearing supported. The wheelie bar can be adjusted at the starting line without tools with our quick adjustment knob that allows effortless raising and lowering of the wheelie bar.
